Konu\u015fmas\u0131nda, enerji arz\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131, enerji ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve karbon n\u00f6tr hedeflerine ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in belirlenen stratejileri payla\u015ft\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca, hidroelektrik santrallerinin elektrik kalitesini art\u0131rma ve dijitalle\u015fme ile yapay zeka gibi teknolojilerin sekt\u00f6rdeki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmdeki rol\u00fcne vurgu yapt\u0131.<\/p><p><strong>\u00d6ne \u00c7\u0131kan Noktalar:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p><strong>Ulusal Enerji Eylem Plan\u0131:<\/strong><br \/>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 enerji eylem plan\u0131, \u00fc\u00e7 ana eksende \u015fekillendi: arz g\u00fcvenli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131, enerji ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kazan\u0131lmas\u0131 ve karbon n\u00f6tr hedeflere ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131. Bu unsurlar do\u011frultusunda sekt\u00f6rdeki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>D\u0131\u015fa Ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k ve Yat\u0131r\u0131m:<\/strong><br \/>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin enerji arz\u0131nda %70&#8217;e yak\u0131n d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekilen konu\u015fmada, her y\u0131l yakla\u015f\u0131k 60 ila 70 milyar dolarl\u0131k enerji ithalat\u0131 yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi. Bu ba\u011flamda, yerli \u00fcretim ve yenilenebilir kaynaklara yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n \u00f6nemi vurguland\u0131.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Yenilenebilir Enerji Kapasitesinin Art\u0131\u015f\u0131:<\/strong><br \/>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn 2007\u2019de 32.000 MW iken, 2023 itibar\u0131yla 114.000 MW&#8217;a y\u00fckseldi\u011fi belirtildi. Yenilenebilir enerji kapasitesinin, \u00f6zellikle r\u00fczgar ve g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131yla, b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda artmas\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Hidroelektrik Santralleri ve \u0130letim \u015eebekesi:<\/strong><br \/>Hidrolik santrallerin, sistemin elektrik kalitesini art\u0131rma ve yenilenebilir enerjilerin entegrasyonunda kritik rol oynayaca\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi. Ayr\u0131ca, iletim \u015febekesinin 2035 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar geli\u015ftirilmesi gerekti\u011fi, bunun i\u00e7in frekans ayar\u0131 ve elektrik kalitesinin iyile\u015ftirilmesinin \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Dijitalle\u015fme ve Yapay Zeka:<\/strong><br \/>Dijitalle\u015fme ve yapay zekan\u0131n enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc h\u0131zland\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 vurguland\u0131. Yapay zekan\u0131n piyasa fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 ve arz-talep dengesini dikkate alarak, su havzalar\u0131n\u0131n daha verimli kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamas\u0131 bekleniyor.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Yerel \u00dcretim ve \u0130stihdam:<\/strong><br \/>2014-2024 d\u00f6nemi aras\u0131nda yerli \u00fcretim ve ekipman deste\u011fiyle yakla\u015f\u0131k 2 milyar dolar katk\u0131 sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131, 150 ana tedarik\u00e7i ve 350 alt tedarik\u00e7iyle 50 bin ki\u015filik istihdam yarat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Dr. Zafer Demircan\u2019\u0131n konu\u015fmas\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki stratejik hedeflerini, yenilenebilir enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 ve gelecekteki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecine y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar\u0131 g\u00fcndeme getirdi.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmac\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z aras\u0131nda yer alan T.C.
