Ekonomik olarak yap\u0131labilir potansiyel ise 180 milyar kWh\/y\u0131l olarak hesaplanm\u0131\u015f, teknik olarak de\u011ferlendirilebilir potansiyel ise 216 milyar kWh\/y\u0131l olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Br\u00fct teorik hidroelektrik potansiyel ise 433 milyar kWh\/y\u0131l seviyesindedir.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>\u015eebekedeki A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 Y\u00fck ve Dengesizliklerin \u00d6nlenmesi:<\/strong><br \/>Pompa depolama sistemleri, elektrik \u00fcretim ve t\u00fcketim dengesizli\u011fini gidermek i\u00e7in kritik bir rol oynar. Fazla enerji depolanabilir ve talep y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu saatlerde (puant saatlerinde) sisteme geri verilebilir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, \u015febekede a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 y\u00fcklenmelerin \u00f6nlenmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>G\u00fcvenli Bir G\u00fc\u00e7 Kontrol Sistemi Tesis Etme:<\/strong><br \/>Pompa depolama sistemleri, y\u00fcksek talep anlar\u0131nda depolanan enerjiyi h\u0131zl\u0131ca sisteme aktararak g\u00fcvenli\u011fi art\u0131r\u0131r. Bu sayede enerji kay\u0131plar\u0131 minimize edilir ve sistemin g\u00fcvenli\u011fi sa\u011flan\u0131r.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>\u0130letim \u015eebekesinde Gerilim Kontrol\u00fc:<\/strong><br \/>Bu sistemler, \u015febekedeki gerilim dengesinin korunmas\u0131nda da kullan\u0131l\u0131r. Depolanan enerji talep anlar\u0131nda h\u0131zla sisteme verildi\u011fi i\u00e7in gerilim sabit tutulur ve ekipman \u00f6mr\u00fc uzar.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Frekans Kontrol\u00fc:<\/strong><br \/>Elektrik \u015febekesindeki frekans, sistemin senkronize \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilmesi i\u00e7in kritik \u00f6neme sahiptir. Pompa depolama sistemleri, enerjinin depolan\u0131p gerekti\u011finde h\u0131zl\u0131ca sisteme aktar\u0131lmas\u0131yla frekans\u0131n stabil tutulmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Puant Talebinin Desteklenmesi:<\/strong><br \/>Pompa depolama, y\u00fcksek t\u00fcketimin oldu\u011fu puant saatlerinde talep y\u00f6netimi sa\u011flar. Depolanan enerji, zirve talep anlar\u0131nda devreye girer ve puant talebinin y\u00f6netilmesine olanak tan\u0131r.<\/p><\/li><li><p><strong>Oturan Sistemin Toparlanmas\u0131 (Black-Start):<\/strong><br \/>B\u00fcy\u00fck bir kesinti durumunda pompa depolama sistemleri, h\u0131zl\u0131ca enerji sa\u011flayarak \u015febekenin yeniden devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.
